Do yourself a favor and don't buy from them! I ordered a product. Because of a sequence of errors on their part, he did not arrive for several months. After endless correspondence, I asked for a special shipment, but they insisted I add more money. Worst service and product I did not receive. And especially from Bianca who doesn't deserve to work with people at all, with an attitude like hers.

There is no clear message that this is a foreign merchant and as such you will incur a VAT charge & most likely Royal Mail handling charge on the price you pay

It's a Hong Kong based retailer so after half month of waiting, I finally received my item... Cheaper than most British stores and free worldwide delivery. (My transaction didn't track though.)

Like other users I had to pay customs duty to receive my parcel. Several months later my e mails have been ignored and I have not received my refund. In addition, my cashback has not tracked. I won't use this retailer again.

I recently ordered from Strawberry.net, an item I always buy in the USA and hard to find in the UK. The item arrived be it nearly two weeks later, but at a saving. I was sadly charged customs by the post office of £14.10. I immediately emailed customer services, who mentioned I best pay for the item, and forward a jpeg/ scan asap.
I am going to be honest, I thought they were amazing with keeping with the promise of paying. £14.10 has arrived in my account, and communication has been good. Anyone else going through the same thing after a purchase, and be aware as it is from over seas due to the discounts, be patient, but get in touch, and they honestly seem genuine.
Thanks, & hopefully more shopping in the future! So refreshing for there to be some honest companies out there.

Tracked staight away. Good service despite the products coming from abroad. They will even refund your customs tax if you get stung! The packaging is lovely and if you are prepared to wait a couple of weeks (the postage is free so you cant really complain!) then some of the products are so much cheaper. They do most of the higher end UK cosmetics and beauty products plus more that you can't get in this country.

As with laurab24,2 days after order placed I also had a request for autility bill for proof of id, despite using visa debit with verified by visa, 7 days later email wanting to know if purchase still wanted ? By now too late for christmas ! Another 7 days and apparently card was declined despite using it elsewhere ? Do not use this company ever just because cashback is generous, wouldn't you rather get purchase at all with some cashback than no purchase at all !

Ordered perfume as was cheaper than high st, it took about 2 weeks to arrive but it did come before xmas, and it does come from abroad. However, i didn't realise I would have to pay VAT and handling fees once it arrived (This made perfume more expensive than high st)but the merchant did refund that amount once i emailed them the receipt. refund took about a a week (inc the 2 xmas bank holidays) to appear back on my card so that was faster than expected. also cashback tracked immediately and was generous.
