Receievd used goods
Received shoes that has been worn not brand new as they should be. Contacted customer service providing photos and everything and still waiting for my money to be refunded. Absolutely joke. I should receive complimentary apologies without me waiting and begging for my money back. E mails goes back and forth and still we going no where . Had to escalate through third parry and waiting now
