	Do not pay out The cashback tracked at 10x lower than the advertised amount, as it said my purchase was only for £30 when it was £300. Even though it tracked lower and was only a few pounds, they never paid out. I raised it with top cashback and it has not been resolved. I have waited 7 months, still no cashback.

	Awful, don't bother! Cheaper alternatives available elsewhere and the NEVER pay cashback (let alone the massive farcical 52%). Top Cashback should remove them as a vendor.

	Welll sloppy of them. Paid partial like the site said and should have got 52% cash back. Well, that's been declined for NO reason. Now I'm sitting on a cash back claim for 8.9%. Let's see if THAT goes through. I'm going to avoid these scammers in future.

	Awful company - avoid We used them for the first time in July 2024 for car hire in Bordeaux - we paid an extra £100 for an out of hours car pick up, only to turn up to a closed office. Goldcar claim that they don't offer out of hours pick up so looks like stressfree car rental are running a scam to take your money with no intention of you getting your booking. With no phone number to call and the chat bot unhelpful, we had to pay for a night in an airport hotel and a brand new car booking (the original booking expires six hours after pick up which was when the office was closed) so now we're out of pocket over £1000 because of this company. It is worth noting that goldcar do not get paid unless the booking is fulfilled which means stressfree have taken our money for profit without paying goldcar for the rental - that is most certainly not' Treating Customers Fairly'. We've been trying to get it resolved amicably with them for the past month but they are refusing to do anything at all to help. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

	couldnt even book! payment system wouldnt work, they blamed it on the car suppliers update. waste of time. Also, cashback is only paid on the deposit you make, not the value of the hire, hence the many complaints

	DONT USE THEIR SERVICES, THEY DONT PAY CASHBACK They scammed me around 70gbp cashback, no answer just refused my cashback, never had this issue with another rental company here, stay away from them

	Don't give what is advertised! My original click through and purchase would have equalled ~£65 but once tracked, I was only awarded ~£13! I then contacted TCb support and SFCR still refused to honor the advertised reward %! SFCR falsely advertise what they're willing to payback so don't expect to get what is shown to you.

	Not a penny No cashback received to date from an expensive rental that was booked about 11months ago. TCB customer service are meant to be chasing up on a regular basis but I don’t hold out much hope after reading the other reviews on here. I will never use them again for car rental, even if other platforms are more expensive.

	The service was as promised, but the cash back amount wasn't honoured The car rental process went smoothly, hence the 2 stars. However it was a £297 car rental and there should have been 20% and £58. Topcashback sent me a message to inform me the cashback was wrong and suggested I raise a claim. When I checked, the cashback was only £6.10 or about 2%. I did raise a claim, but the car rental company said "no, it's the correct amount". And that was that! I didn't take a screen shot for evidence, and I didn't have the energy to continue to fight for the correct amount. I've just booked car hire for another holiday, and of course I chose a different company from this site.

	Awful, don't bother! Have purchased twice with this retailer, both times cashback declined. Followed all steps and processes correctly to ensure it went through. I wont be using them again!

	Liars And Cheats Paid for car hire at £90.13, cashback rate was 20% which should have paid £18.02. Cashback tracked at £1.85 so I made a claim through Topcashback under the heading "Cashback not tracked correctly". Stress Free Car Rental refused my claim on the grounds "Correct cashback has been awarded"! Stress Free Car Rental are either liars and cheats or morons who cannot calculate 20% of £90.13. I have had multiple claims against this company and they refuse them all on spurious grounds. I will never book with them again. Why are Topcashback allowing Stress Free Car Rental to bring their site into disrepute? These scammers should be removed from Topcashback - they cannot be trusted one iota.

	scam Like all previous reviews, you will never get 20% cashback. I did a few transactions with them, £30 and £20 cashback declined, got a £5 for a £285 rental. Avoid

	won't get the payout they promised Hire a car via this company @£390.08, promised payout @21%. Initially they declined my cashback, after I appealed, they only gave me £8.3. I will never use their service again.

	20% tracked then they switched and paid 1% - avoid All tracked as normal at 20% then when it came to the payment date they switched the rate down to 1% with no warning. Would not recommend if expecting cashback.

	Shocking I only went with this company die to the cash back when hiring a car abroad. They were not the cheapest or the best reviews, but gave it a go due to the level of cash back, that I had factored into the holiday budget. The car rental company were very efficient in the hire of the car, but then the cash back was rejected. I queried this with Topcashback and basically I am not having it and there is nothing they can do now. Makes me think twice about using Topcashback, what they are advertising they do, they do not fulfil basically.......just a warning.

	Why my cashback amount is zero and changed to payable without resolution? I have made a purchase through Topcashback to rent the car in the Stress Free Car Rental website and completed the online transaction with full amount paid. However I got the transaction tracked in Topcashback with zero amount which even became payable status without good reason. The cashback amount is relatively substantial. If I got zero, will never go for this retailer to rent my car. I have lodged a claim but seems I need to wait for ages to expect any feedback. Really a worst experience to this retailer
