The items purchased were not as described and they tried to charge me for returning them. After some negotiation, they send me a return label as a 'gesture' despite it being my consumer rights for incorrect items. And then they subtracted the postage off my refund. It had tracked okay, so preambly if you get the right item they will pay out. But shocking customer service.
