Dreadful
Transaction Tracked fine, order kept, but cashback then declined, ticket raised and was advised by top cashback that sunglasses hut have said the sale was non commissionable and therefore declined, this company needs removing from top cashback. Very disappointing.

Rejected claim
Gave no reason apart from 'another marketing channel was credited with the claim' - what on earth is that supposed to mean. Is this just a get out to shirk the responsibility to pay? Dreadful service.
