Was due £209 cash back on a holiday. It didn't track, missing cash back claim pot in and have now received notification from Top Cash back that the claim has been declined and no reason given. I did not visit the site through any other search engine etc. Only visited the site through top cash back. Feel as if they had no intention of honouring it. Will not use the company again as a result

Booked hotel through Topcash via Sunshine paid deposit in May transaction was confirmed by topcash but did not track have put in claim still waiting for sunshine not happy as used other merchants on topcash with no problem this is the first time using sunshine will not book with them again

Booked my hotel through this company June 9th and the cash back tracked within hours. The site had some cracking deals on rooms which the likes of booking.com and Expedia just wouldn't give me options on so I was delighted when the one I wanted just happened to be available. The cash back amount is pretty competitive so far as holiday company's are concerned and knowing I got a cracking all inclusive hotel price as well as the potential for £40 in cash back is pretty much the reason I always check TCB before I buy anything these days. I would recommend this site.

Been trying too claim cashback since initial payment in January 2013! Have lodged claim in jan and have sent many messages concerning this issue. Have been told it is in sunshines hands and awaiting a reply! I would say too gopcash not too use sunshine as surely 9 mths is a ridiculous time too wait?

We've used Sunshine for the last two years when booking a European holiday. I was initially considered as I'd never previously heard of them; however we have never had any problem and the cashback is always payable very quickly (probably one of the quickest I've known and I've been using TopCashback for many years).
Very pleased.
