I was left at the airport at 10pm as the driver said he has been waiting too long. Note that I was not even notified of it and only knew about it when I called customer service to locate the driver. When I submitted my complain as I have been promised that my cab fare will be compensated, it took them more than 10 days to investigate it and I still have not receive any compensation since then. Very disappointing service.

I used Suntransfers back in November 2016, the pick up from the airport was fine but the taxi was very late picking me up at the end of my holiday...... not good and I complained. Hence my cashback has been declined. I wouldn't use them again.
