never tracks.. always have to do a claim
It never tracks the cashback. I always have to put in a claim. Its like a delaying tactic. I do buy from them often and often miss out on Cashback bonus payment too.

Not bad, no reduction for P&P on large spends & VAT excluded.
Fairly easy to navigate some very good offers, although they can be a bit confusing. Some products are inexplicably unavailable online. Free P&P if you collect in store but sadly our local store just closed, so had to spend half the money I'd saved to pay for delivery.

Lost a fair bit of cashback so will shop elsewhere now.
Its a shame cashback isn’t applied at time of purchase.

Not easy to earn cash back on Superdrug site. Always not able to track the transaction and when disputed even when provided with order number and there has been history of going to Superdrug on TOpCashBack the cash back will be declined. I have several instances buying from there.
