	There is something seriously wrong with Superdrug website and has been for several weeks. I have been trying to place a £140 order online for hours and keep getting Error code 500. I had the same thing several weeks ago with a £130 order. I called them and they said they knew some people were having problems and to just keep trying! WTF! Why are you not sorting the problem out? Do you not want potentially millions of pounds worth of new business? I have commented about this on their Facebook page but they did not respond, nor have they responded to many others questions and comments. I cannot order what I want from them from anywhere else, nor can I buy it in store so I am stuck with them. They do not deserve any business and I shall give them no other business. They even closed down their store in my town.

	Order arrived on time, poorly packaged 1 item damaged. Cashback not 2.1 as stated on £11 spend, which should have generated approx 22p only 18p pending dont know why?

	Hey, I have a feeling this could be VAT related. Some merchants do not pay cashback on VAT and so this is not included in cashback calculations I am afraid. Best wishes, TopCashback Support TopCashback
