I ordered an item with a free gift for Fathers day, and the free gift wasn't automatically linked. I had to go back in and reorder and be told it would not arrive for Fathers day now. I will not use these again, and would definately not recommend.

Just placed order to by perfume as a gift for mum.
Obviously package hasnt been delivered yet but Superdrug have always been effecient and great quality whenever i have used them. Definatley a recommended retailer!

Very easy to order online. My order was acknowledged and delivery confirmation/update emails were sent keeping me appraised of progress. I had made a mistake on the order so I called Superdrug who were totally efficient and helpful regarding this matter. I returned the item which was confirmed immediately it was received along with the relevant credit. Very professional, friendly and helpful staff. Thank you

There's not much point in them advertising brilliant cashback when they don't even track your order - as of 2nd March 2010, I'm still waiting on mine to track... since October 2009! And there is no word of it yet, so I won't be holding my breath!
