11months later no cash
I purchased a jacket in Jan2024. 11months later still no cashback received. I complained to TCB who agreed it was way too long and oaid it. However, I shouldn't have to do this to get the due monies.

Ordered from Superdry direct from TCB and Superdry said I was referred from multiple locations including vouchers, pop ups, cashback, etc. So which is it?? You can't have multiple sites that are the last site before you make a purchase. What a load. No cashback received, Not happy.
