In case you need to, here is the important bit from the privacy policy...
To request suppression from DLG completely, please write to us at the address at the bottom of this Privacy Policy, or email consumerdataprotection@dlg.co.uk.
Having done that, register your telephone number with the telephone preference society and it is supposed to be illegal for firms to contact you after 28 days of registering. Check this though.
And do not pay any moiney to register on any other telpnoe preference site, they are a waste of money.

Take care with this one - they are not a genuine survey (market research) company - they want your data so they can bombard you with emails, phone calls and junk mail and give your info to third parties. You can stop the emails via the website but the phone calls and junk mail will continue unless you write to them.
All this is stated in the Privacy Policy on their website
I'd rather go without the cashback than have all that hassle
