Declined cashback for no reason
First time using Suttons seeds. Placed order through Topcashback, cashback declined with no reason given.
Poor experience with Suttons as well to boot. Missing items, promised to resend but nothing received. Overall not impressed :(

Avoid Does Not Pay Out
Spent over £120 on plants but cashback declined - No reason given. Companies such as this spoil the ethos of this website. Understand the cashback amount is not a lot of money overall but it is the principle. If there is no intention to honour the cashback offered then the company should not be allowed to advertise on this website.

Be aware Suttons do not pay out cashback on sale items, I bought 13 packets of seeds in £1sale in May, yet the cashback only paid on the delivery charge minus VAT which equates to 26p and it took over 4 months to pay this pitence.
