If you wish, you can return items within 28 days of receiving them, as long as they are returned in an unworn, unused and undamaged condition, and with the original Swarovski packaging.

To do so, peel off the label which you will find attached to the returns form and stick it to the parcel, making sure you have enclosed the returns form with your items. The package can then be returned for free via a Post Office as it is a prepaid label, though you should obtain proof of postage.

If the parcel has a combined length, width and height of 90cm or more, weighs more than 2kg or if its size exceeds 60cm in either length, width or height, you should stamp it and send it by standard, uninsured mail and you will be reimbursed for the cost.
