I have been waiting 18 months for Cashback. £32 was 'confirmed' a few months ago, but still not paid. A waste of time and effort. Not recommended at all.

Do not buy if expecting cashback. Oct-13, tracked at stated amount, then reduced, then went to zero. Now Jun-14 and T.C. have managed to re-instate following claim tickets and nudges but another 15 weeks to payment. Not holding my breath and will not use Swiftcover again.

Bought home insurance Feb 13, tracked at £0, so no cash back listed. Had to start customer complaint and forwarded onto Swift over by topcashback! 3 months still no reply from Swifncover , nudges sent!

This transaction didn't track so I put in a claim for the cashback. 11 months down the line and I've had no response from either TCB to my many nudges or had my claim accepted by swiftcover. not the sort of company I'd recommend if your expecting a cashback payment from them.

Abysmal and unsurprising given the other review for their car insurance. Tracked through topcashback with a £32.32p rated cashback amount and was then told I wasn't eligible. I only chose to go with swiftcover since the cashback would make it cheaper than another quote. Lesson learnt - will not trust deals like this to track ever again.
