Purchased 2 policies with Swinton (one for the in laws). Neither have tracked, despite manuel claim being put in for one. Going to try with the second, but don't hold out much hope.

Have to put in a missing cashback claim which took ages to be resolved then eventually was tracked as pending, which should have been payable end of march now 2 weeks later and still pending! All in all its been nearly 5 months and still no cashback!
