Missing Cashback at nearly 4 months into the policy.
I would avoid using this platform completely, you'd be better off getting cheaper quotes with the insurer direct and using the debit/credit card to get cashback that way which is instantly. I have purchased a policy in April and till date there's no sign of the cashback. Contacted customer service regarding this but to no avail.
Below are the terms and conditions through this channel which looks quite bizarre and I wish I would have noticed this at the time of taking the policy:
"Once your policy has been live for 121 days, you will receive confirmation that you have qualified for cashback. The cashback will be paid into your Top Cashback Account account within two months of confirmation that the required conditions have been met."
Above would suggest that they would take minimum 4 months to have the confirmation plus and additional 2 months on top of that to be paid, so 6 months wait at a bare minimum in a hope that all has gone well which is brutal.
Not sure why this platform have to falsely advertise as Estimated Payable is 12 Weeks when that's completely bogus and it won't ever be 12 weeks as per the terms and conditions that they have set. Just an awful way to advertise false information and in a hope that the customer would not read the fine print.

20 weeks... still no cashback applied!
I would have thought Swinton would make the cashback quick - even though 12 weeks is a long time, they still didn't do it. Now 20 weeks and no sign of the cashback.
