After failure by DPD, who lost my parcel, Tails couldn't have been more responsive in sorting the situation out. They immediately sent out a replacement, telling me to keep the other order IF DPD managed to find it and deliver it. They even added some free treats in to the mix. Putting the animals needs first really shows they care about their fur customers
