Awful! Despite the sales advisor AND the rep who came to check measurements assuring me that the existing carpet could, and would be accommodated under the bar, the fitters stapled the existing carpet instead, and this, despite me directing the fitters to the carpet in situ and telling them what I had requested. The fitters didn't even bother to discuss this with me. I was instead presented with a fait accompli. I suspect that this was the easier option for them. I am absolutely disgusted. The salesman suggested that I should be happy with how the rest of it looked. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable
