Doesn't respond to cashback
Ordered books some time ago but never heard anything back. Transactions not confirmed, not even Top Cashback follow up on it. Don't bother in future.

STILL no cachback
2 transactions in the past 6 months for hundreds of pounds - no cashback, no feedback, pointless raising a claim as it just sits there with no movement.

I pre-ordered a book, as soon as it was released, I received my cashback. Book was very expensive so cashback was most helpful. A+
