	SCAM COMPANY - Faulty Product, Over 50 Emails, No Warranty - Lost All Money SCAM COMPANY - Faulty Product, Over 50 Emails, No Warranty - Lost All Money SCAM COMPANY Let me start by saying I am a completely genuine customer Tech in the basket is registered as dissolved on companies House There is no UK address for the company There is no UK or any phone number I purchased a redmi pad from this website brand new £140 within less than 40 days the screen came up with a number of lines. The website clearly says 2 years warranty and in fact ask you to pay extra for another year's warranty making it three years. When you contact the email address is the most sole destroying experience ever they do not answer the question but answer something that you are not even asking them. Your item will arrive but if you have any issues with it you will lose your money, I have been onto PayPal and even they said they cannot raise a dispute as it's over 30 days. Item was returned after one month of emails and now they calim not to have recieved the parcel depite it being signed for Avoid at all cost as they never reply to emails once you proove you have a genuine warranty claim Completely awful that this company is still allowed to operate despite being dissolved therefore you have no legal recourse.

	Appears to be drop shippers. Doesn't look like they have any stock in UK. That's why it takes ages to receive anything. As it all shipped from overseas. Had to open PayPal case eventually.
