Cashback failed
I would have bought from another retailer had I known the cashback would be declined. Poor form, seems common practice

Failed to track and claim rejected.
Topcashback reports a 'hard decline' from Tempur. £50 cashback lost. There were no issues with my purchase, no adblockers and no other open windows.
Poor comms from Tempur too. Nothing heard for two weeks after placing order and paying, then the mattress arrived without warning. Luckily someone was in. lt was left in the hall in its dirty plastic packaging.

Declined two separate orders
Placed two orders days apart and both failed to track. Opened up claims and after three months both were declined. Blatantly just cheating people out of cashback.

No payout
I have not received payout from this company, despite sending a missing cashback query. I've waited around 6 months for a tough, there's nothing more we can do and in fact it seems like you are the problem response. I take great care to follow instructions on here, maybe it's the Tempur system at fault and not myself.

Don't expect tempure to pay out.
I only ordered through tempure as i get cashback through tcb, first delivery took over a week could have gotten it next day with amazon. Than they just tracked cashback at 0, when raising issue they said the order didn't include any cashback, its that tcb stepped in and resolved it because this merchant didn't care. But this is warning to others don't expect cashback from them.
