	Very slow to payout - if at all! I'm now waiting 3 months+ for some of my cashback to be payable and customer service are saying they take ages to reply and cashback not guarenteed. If you're going to purchase from Temu don't take getting any cashback into account when making the decision!

	shake my head purchase over 3 months ago and still no cash back. won't ever use them again, might as well stick with Ali express as cash back is virtually within the hr. Shame on you temu. I had to give them 1 star.

	Come on Temu, sort your cashback out! Months of waiting for my cashback to get approved. So it never registers in your account so you have to submit a claim and since September I still haven’t heard anything. It’s pretty poor to be honest and maybe if you aren’t going to pay it out you shouldn’t be listed for cashback. However it remains to be seen on actually getting anything paid so will only give 1 star

	Very happy with everything I bought! Ordered just over a week ago, delivery was fast, tracking updates available in app and with Royal Mail. I got 30% off using code afb28153 and bought clothes, makeup, slippers and got lots of stocking fillers too. Definitely worth it in my opinion, sizes are true to size, and items are of decent quality as well as bargains!

	Never seems to track Does not matter if you use a laptop or tablet use a web page or the app. Even if you follow the instutions to use a web page nothing tracks.

	I did not received a cashback on my first order I did not received a cashback on my first order, 7 month later the issue is not resolved. I will recommend using Aliexpress and searching by picture to buy the same things.

	AWFUL! Every cash back declined so far, even though I’ve spent £300 + All cashbacks have been declined so far, even though I’ve spent over £300 + on approximately 12 to 15 separate purchases

So what you think is a very good deal turns out not to be unfortunately. So now I shop there taking into account I won’t be getting the Cashback and decide before buying if I want to pay that per item instead of relying on the cashback knocking the price down. I would recommend shopping with them as you get some good deals and I’ve had no issues with them but don’t get your hopes up on getting the cashback that part is rubbish.

	Never tracks but does payout I've tried loads of different ways to purchase but it never tracks. The company is very pushy on deals but just ignore the time pressure tactics and you can get some decent stuff (for the price). They refund one item per order no questions asked if its not right (you can do more than one if you have more issues).
