	Products good Cashback bad About 1 year l have been waiting for cashback and dont think l will see it. Tho its not a record. I have had some track but it is very hit and miss. Just be aware you might be waiting on cashback a while.

	Awaiting Cashback since April I pay this company £6 a year to chase up non payment of cashback, yet I am still awaiting multiple payments from topcashback via Temu since April,what is the £6 for wheyyou do nothing???

	Dodgy company doesn't pay cashback Only discovered this company 3-4 months ago and made several purchased from them, so far not a single cashback has been confirmed or paid. In fact, I have just been declined a cashback from the other cashback website (TCB's competitor) for my purchase with Temu. It seems that Temu doesn't pay cashback. It is very unwise for the cashback promoters to carry on promoting such dodgy company. I won't be paying from Temu again for sure. You've now been warned!!!

	turn off notifications and keeps you sending money Very pushy to keep sending money, you get offers saying £100.00 off when it's not it's the same price it always has been but £100.00 more to make it look like it is a saving, you have to turn off notifications because they're at it all the time very annoying. there is always a £15.00 minimum spend this should be lowered to £5.00

	Waste of time When they first tried to break into the UK market they honoured purchases through topcashback. Now they are a known brand, the last 3 purchases have failed to track, despite confirmation from topcashback they were tracking.

	Never once received cashback Despite numerous purchases with Temu I have never once received my cashback and have outstanding claims waiting for the retailer going back months. I don't even bother to link my purchases now as it's just too much hassle. Pity a Temu are easy to use and supply amazingly priced, good quality items - just no cashback.

	NEVER had anything track from Temu I use the same PC and browser and NEVER have any problems tracking with other sites, but clearly Temu just want your business, but don't want to pay out the cashback ??

	Getting worse When the purchase tracks first time, it's fine. When it doesn't, it's a nightmare - claims seem to sit around for ever (their 2 month "validation" period really does not help)

	Very rarely tracks Buy a lot from Temu through topcashback ut hardly any orders track given up now trying to chase up but good priced products lot cheaper than eBay but shop round nd claim the price adjustment if price hoedown within the month of purchase as it soon adds up

	No cashback They can offer high rates of cashback because it doesn't track so they don't have to pay it. Still waiting after 3 months. Also you don't find out until checkout that there's a minimum purchase of £15. Tried them to see what they were like but wouldn't use them again.

	No cashback Cashback does not confirm, although tracked, sometimes it is declined and currently one small transaction awaiting confirmation since Aug 2023. TCB should remove this site from its website as its misleading if retailer does not honour.
