Getting worse
When the purchase tracks first time, it's fine. When it doesn't, it's a nightmare - claims seem to sit around for ever (their 2 month "validation" period really does not help)

Very rarely tracks
Buy a lot from Temu through topcashback ut hardly any orders track given up now trying to chase up but good priced products lot cheaper than eBay but shop round nd claim the price adjustment if price hoedown within the month of purchase as it soon adds up

They can offer high rates of cashback because it doesn't track so they don't have to pay it. Still waiting after 3 months. Also you don't find out until checkout that there's a minimum purchase of £15. Tried them to see what they were like but wouldn't use them again.

Cashback does not confirm, although tracked, sometimes it is declined and currently one small transaction awaiting confirmation since Aug 2023. TCB should remove this site from its website as its misleading if retailer does not honour.

Hi i have bought off Temu many times , i always check prices on Amazon , Ebay , and many more sites before buying , i dont include cashback , i go for the bargain price inc delivery , somtimes i get cashback , thats a extra bonus , check prices first .

I have used TEMU and many occasions but never had any cashback from Topcashback over the months. This really needs to be addressed by Topcashback, or TEMU removed off the site as its misleading the public and not being honest in providing cashback

Declined Cashback
Happens more often than not with this seller. Cashback has only been paid out once, All others ( several times ) declined or just not paid. Inconsistent and poor to say the least. Not a good reflection on topcashback when they allow these sellers

Incorrect cashback
The tracking is usually quick; however, the amount is always incorrect. Given that Temu's minimum order amount is £15, I don't understand how the tracked amount is £3 or £4, even excluding tax.

Rubbish.
I would give 0 if I could. I bought a few things from TEMU. The transaction never tracks. Please TCB, stop advertising huge payouts of up to 25% that never happen.
CS website always tracks 10% -15%. I go there instead, and payouts are in your account in the same month. This website is a waste of time.
