10 months!
I have a Tesco claim which is still pending after 10 months and another has been paid in reasonable time. Mostly it's quite a miserable reward for people like me, in a one person household. Existing customers have to spend a minimum of £140 to get £1.

Extremely slow to pay
Had to make claims on 4 Tesco Grocery cashbacks. 12 weeks is way to long to wait for cash back!

They are not good at giving cash back. They will give you it once then not no more now they have put up to a £140 before you get any and they still don’t pay out

Did not track.
Spent £71.48 but did not track (order exceeded minimum spend for home delivery). Was sent yellowing brocolli and split soft red peppers on home delivery - sent in brown paper bags so impossible to see until driver had left.

Rarely tracks or pays out, most mine were 3-5p max if anything on a weekly shop of £40. They have now increased minimum spend to £50 for home delivery so no good for me anymore.

First time customer dissapointed
I spent the minimum amount to claim cashback, however, as some of the items were out of stock, this reduced the final bill thus lowering the amount spent to claim cashback, not our fault, very disappointed Tesco did not honour our original spend, wont bother again....

I have shopped 3 times online, was supposed to receive £8.00 cashback for 2 of the purchases also cashback on the 3rd shop and nothing received. Not a happy customer.
