Extremely poor Customer Service but best price for my phone. Cashback was declined in error. Be careful if using this merchant and track your cashback claim closely.

Gave me a price which i accepted, sent the phone off and was then offered only 50% of what they originally offered. And to top it off i have now waited 6 months for my cashback. Poor service.

Poor service, gave me one price and then when I sent it in, they gave me a different price of £4 less, cash back was declined as well! Never going back again.
