cash back declined for no reason on £1800 order, shocking company takes a 'letter before action' to get what you paid for. They sell goods they don't have in stock and ship short orders. This is the worst company ever to have existed. Believe all reviews online at all review sites it is completely true what others have shared about the baby room.
