Unwilling to pay
I claimed cashback, was careful to meet all conditions. They refused to pay. I challenged, sent all info, proved I used the link, purchased through them, they still refused and gave no reason.
I suspect they just don't want to pay...but this is not OK, just avoid them

Do not book with them - they will change their cancellation policy on you with zero warning. The place I booked is no longer even available on VRBO after I wasn't allowed to cancel. Terrible customer service. Would give zero stars if possible
