ordered body shop card for £4.50 with £4.50 cashback. This is tracking correctly apart for the cashback which is tracking at 70pence and has been for since november

It is bang out of order that there is no mention BEFORE ordering the Body Shop card, that the cashback tracks out something PENCE rather than the misleading amount of £4.50. I ONLY ordered on this basis. I am very disappointed TCB. Perhaps I will stick with my old regular (and reliable) QC in future. To date the few cashbacks I have had through TCB have not been happy experiences, filled with missing amounts and VERY long periods before I received the cashback.
