was ok until i was waiting for a book they didnt have in stock but was listed for sale, nothing was mentioned until i rang to query why the books were not yet dispatched and then found out they didnt have the book, so i had to get a refund

Because I moved from England to Ireland a few years ago, I now get automatically transferred to the Irish Book People page, which then doesn't register my cashback properly. Having said that, they do sort it quickly once I submit a ticket to TopCashback, but it would be great if being transferred from the UK site to the ROI site was smoother in terms of cashback. I love the Book People and have been a regular customer of theirs for years, both in the UK and here in Ireland.
