quick to track but order was slow to deliver compared to their sister company red house who do just childrens books and delivered next day this order took over a week to be dispatched, bit dissapointing but books were good value.

Easy cashback - no problems - great site just before christmas as you can often get free delivery if you are spending £25 +. Books are sometimes smaller than you think but some good bargains to be had. Easy returns policy but you pay postage - not worth it for heavy cheap books.
