TERRIBLE RETAILER. Ordered item from them online. They sent me wrong colour. I contacted them, went through hassle of returning it. Now they won't reply to emails and it's been over 3 weeks. They still have my money, I still have nothing. I now do not believe that they ever had the correct item in the first place - they thought they'd try and fob me off with the other one and hoped I wouldn't complain. Also, beware: they will avoid written contact at all cost and will go for phone because it's easier for them to persuade you. Don't be fooled - stick to written communications, because you've got a record of those.
