	Prices as good as and often better than Amazon, great service, speedy cashback and love the fact that a local bookshop benefits (a %age donated to independent book shop of your choice).

	I order a lot of books online for an elderly relative and always do a search for best price - often as not Hive have the best price. Cashback is speedy, delivery is speedy, service excellent and best of all you can support a local bookshop and help them. Brilliant.

	I love this website. It allows me to buy books online but still support our valuable community high street bookstores. This means I'm supporting independent business and the good old high street. I find the delivery is free and usually very quick and packaging suits the size of the order so less cardboard waste. I compare prices to the big giant internet company that we all easily turn to and on all but one occasion the price was comparable. They even offer ebooks and the bookstores still get something when you buy one. It's fun to be able to choose which bookstore to support and clever that it picks up your local ones from address.

	Have used this merchant twice now. Each time cashback has appereared quickly, 2nd time within 1 hour. I like the fact they support independent book shops and can be cheaper than Amazon. Also they give a little donation for each order to an independent book shop.

	Due to the size of the order full delivery was delayed and request had to be submitted to receive total cash back due.

	I waited 16 months for Hive to come back to me regarding a missing cashback claim. They then declined my claim for a perfectly valid transaction!

	Worthy organisation, good quick service and some decent discounts to be had too. Just don't expect any cashback. Mine was declined after waiting for more than a year.

	I am so pleased with the level of service delivered. All books are delivered to my local independent bookseller quickly and I get an e-mail telling me the book is awaiting collection. An excellent service and much better than coming home to a load of courier cards saying they can't deliver.

	This is a terrible supplier! I ordered a book two months ago, which having finally arrived, is damaged! I have never experienced such terrible customer service. I would not recommend this store at all. I complained to them, and they attempted to give me a discount voucher, as if I would ever shop there again.

	Over a year since I purchased an expensive book here. Had to request a VAT receipt as details were not included on the standard order receipt email. The cashback did not trace so I submitted a claim to TCB. This was passed on to Hive and that is where progress ceased. No further word from Hive or TCB. Presumably Hive ignored it, TCB haven't followed it up and that is the end of it. These seems also to be the case for a couple more cashback claims sitting on my account for far more significant sums that did not trace...

	Worse customer service ever. I pre ordered from here 1 month before launch date and on the day I was meant to receive the product I got an email saying "they can't locate the product so it has been cancelled". Surely they would have known in advance they didn't have any in stock to ship rather than last minute. Now I'm short of a Christmas present which probably won't arrive on time. I did email them staying my disappointment and the way they handled it could have been better and the reply I got was exactly "I'm very sorry that we could not be of further assistance on this occassion." (Which they spelt occasion wrong too ;) ) Anyway never pure order from here. Ever.
