Didn't track, lodged claim, refused payout due to other channel used. Total rubbish as I now clear cookies before every purchase. Increasingly frustrated with TCB. The mention that a pop up or advert could be another channel......so a merchant can use any excuse they like. I have pop ups disabled and I don't use any other cashback sites. I also clear cookies so if I'm getting caught out via this excuse, then basically the system is not fit for purpose.

Be careful .They are somewhat disingenuous in their advertising.I was offered a twenty quid discount on a sat nav but after getting my payment details it transpires that i have to sign up ,incurring an admin fee of 1.95 ,and then 14.95 a month if i dont cancel.Will never use again.

Is It me only, every time I order something the cash back shows good amount pending, but when it is payable it shows couple of penny's, not first time from the hut, last 3 or 4 times done the same, not going to bother to use cash-back next time for the hut, they are useless, have no problem with any other merchants.

Cancelled my order without informing me, no information supplied, no update. I had to log into my account to find out it had been cancelled. I queried why? to be told they had run out of stock?! Do they not have stock control on their website? Won't be using these again, after their lack of customer service.

While the goods received are ok the dress only just fitted so I tried to return it, it seems that it is impossible. I do this. There is no contact telephone number or address to send goods back to. Customer service is non existent. Keeping dress because I have no other choice. Cashback tracked quickly though. I would still use the hut but maybe not for clothes.

A dreadful retailer. On more than one occasion they have failed to send goods within anything even vaguely resembling the advertised timescale. Customer services often ignore messages sent to them and when they do deign to reply the content of their messages are usually unrelated to the specific issues raised, lacking in any form of apology for the poor service received and often full of spelling and grammatical errors. I recently tried the retailer again after two years (having been thoroughly wound up by their ineptitude and rudeness). From the date of order for an item that they claimed was in stock and available for dispatch within 24 hours it took 17 days for the goods to arrive! They weren't even sent until 5 days after the order was placed (claimed to have been sent at this point although I am amazed that it took Royal Mail 12 days to deliver something to me, and I haven't found similar problems with goods coming from another retailer).

Order 3 blu-ray discs 5/12 16:20, one arrived 15/12 (apparently sent 9/12), one sent 15/12 (hope i get it b4 xmas), other cancelled without my consent 18/12 after its too late to get it elsewhere. So unhappy, no warning during purchase that these were not in stock.

Good cashback, never had a problem with tracking or receiving. Just hope you never need to use their customer service as this is next to useless. Check your orders carefully before placing as they automatically include expensive delivery methods as standard and requires you to change on shipping method screen.

What a dreadful customer service The Hut has. The order took 2 weeks to prepare, then they had a problem with PayPal, and in my subsequent emails they take on average 6 days to reply and don't bother to ask all the questions. I will never order with The Hut again. I ordered at the end of October 2012, and as of today 7th December there is still no sign of anything happening. Pathetic.

I have used the hut quite a few times and always found them to be a good retailer until my most recent purchase. If you pay for next day delivery then you may or may not get it but if you don't then don't expect them to care much about it.

Placed an order for a game. Cashback for games 7.07% but only given 3%. Lodged a claim but cancelled the order before it was resolved due to lengthy delivery times.

don't bank on recieving cashback from Hut/Zavvi,they often payout nothing after tracking correctly,they wouldnt have a 99.9% rate if they took all the zero payouts in to account!

I've never had a problem with deliveries or cashback - things arrive in a reasonable time and cashback tracks. BUT the service for returns is dire - they never refund without being chased. I've come to the conclusion they have no system for tracking returns at all even though they insist you get a returns authorisation before sending things back. So if you need to return something, make sure you obtain a proof of posting and remember to email them to ask for your refund.

Placed order with the hut on a Friday informed on Monday half my order has been canceled as they don't have the item's in stock the rest of my order. Is awaiting despatch if I get it.what a waste of time shopping with the hut will go back to my other websites have never had problems like that with them
