I'd been waiting over two months to hear back about the delay in cashback, to be told that my purchase didn't meet the requirements, when they specifically did. No reason given.

Excuses to not pay out
Was refused cashback as they have said I used another affiliate to make the purchase and not topcasback which is a lie. I even refused the free gift that was supposed to be included to ensure that cashback was paid. Would not use again.

Dishonest retailer
Cashback appeared in my account , but was declined by retailer for no reason. Topcashback should delist retailers who are not treating consumers fairly.

Avoid at all costs
Never had cashback declined before and i use tcb for EVERYTHING. The expected cashback was £13.52. They declined it. Absolute farce of a company whose customer service is also shocking. Avoid at all costs!
