Bought a glass candle holder with personalised message. There was a preview on the website which looked fine but when i received the item the text was not centralized. By this i mean the lines of text were central to each other but the whole text was not central (much larger gap to the right of the text than left) I contacted customer service who were very quick to respond....but also would not accept any responsibility for text being off centre (why would anyone want it off centre) Felt i needed to leave bad reviews to warn people.

I was looking for an engraved lighter and all the companies I tried to purchase from that did not deliver to Australia would not allow me to purchase the product, however this company took my money, then didn’t refund the full payment but also didn’t notify me that the product i had ordered was cancelled, I had to wait till after Christmas to find out why the product had not been delivered and when I was told they did not deliver to Australia I was then informed that they had refunded in full and it was due to my banks exchange rate that I hadn’t recieved the refund when I had checked that the exchange rate hadn’t changed in the one day between purchasing and recieveing the refund. I am very disappointed in the customer service of this “company”

Would not use this company again.
The promise they make at the checkout - e.g. "Despatched within 24-48 hours" is not honoured.
Have emailed them screenshots of checkout page / called them to explain it's a gift and I need it on the date they quoted, they simply don't care and don't even acknowledge that they're making promises they can't fulfil.
I have had the worst customer service I have ever had. Their response was: "We have over 6000 products we can't get it right for every option. We cannot guarantee despatch and do not accept any liability for deliveries made outside specified lead times".
When I offered them three options, 1) Cancel order, 2) Despatch as per promise, 3) receive negative review they asked me to persue option 3 - so posting this review at their request.
My recommendation would be go elsewhere, do not give this company your money - once you do, you get no service and you'll be lucky to get the item you've ordered for when you need it.
