If I was allowed to give them zero stars I would. I made several legitimate purchases which tracked but all of which were declined by Royal Mint. They declined the claims too. I'm totally disappointed in them.

This company does not pay the cashback promised and even when claims are raised they take months to resolve the issue. Very disappointed with their agents which reflects badly on an organisation with which I have had no problems when dealing direct.

So far everything I have ordered from them has been amazing quality. If the product is not available for immediate delivery you get an estimate on your account so you know when it should be arriving.

I've been waiting about 9 months for legitimate cashback as i used a link for a Churchill £20 coin and purchased just this product. Sent 20 nudges, no response. Terrible, terrible service. Worst cashback on top cashback. Very poor from The Royal Mint.
