RUG SHOP UK- declined-ORDER WAS NOT CANCELLED
So we placed 2 orders with The Rug Shop UK through topcashback, Rugs have all been delivered and are looking great. However Cashback was declined due to them saying the order was cancelled, I have receipts, delivery emails and rugs on floor. Very disappointing

Declined cash back
Would be zero stars from me if I was given the chance. Got the sale from me and declined my cash back stating that the order was cancelled. Funny that I have my email receipt/invoice confirming the order and the item that was delivered a few day later. Clearly they do not want to pay any cash back. Stay away!
