	Cashback tracked very quickly, but then declined the next day. A claim was submitted straight away and has been ignored!

	Cashback declined after a few days even though I spent over £100!! Product was faulty when received anyway but just want to warn others this merchant declines cashback straight away

	Took over 6 months to come through, after several "nudges", but got there in the end!

	The system is not capable of offering free delivery when spending £200 and them not having the goods in stock hence having to do multiple deliveries (splitting the order equally into two £100 deliveries - both over the free delivery threshold of £75. When querying this with them, the office manager, who would not give her name would not listen and keeps speaking over the customer clearly not interested in the customer and the problems that they encounter. Robinsons and Hope Valley Saddlery are far better at customer service - whilst theres cash back at this retailer, its not worth the hassle with this horrid woman
