Declined cashback of £11.61 on a purchase of £221.14 with no reason. Product price was good, and shipping was quick, but if you want your cashback as well, I'd be wary.

The cashback initially went through ok. The value was on the total if the order excluding VAT. After about a week the value turned to 0.00 because TCB were not able to certify the cashback.
The items ordered were delivered on time and the prices on their site are good with a price match system acailable. Shame about the cashback tracking :(

Very poor with delivery - took 3 tries to get item delivered.
Couriers they use are unreliable, they left product at wrong house first time. The next time it 'dissapeared', yet was signed for.
Be wary.
