Please do not order from this company.Yes the sofa's are cheap but they are made cheap. I ordered a 2 and 3 seater in Nov 2011,in June 2012 the 2 seater was so badly damaged i had it replaced. The leather was coming away and the stitching was ripping. In Dec 2012 the same thing happened The Sofa company have told me they wont do anything and i am now stuck with a VERY badly damaged sofa. The padding is coming away so badly that you can see pieces on my floor.I had to stop my toddler eating it.Ive now covered the sofa with a throw. Im in talks with Trading Standards and citizens advice to get my money back. VERY POOR COMPANY!!!!!

We purchased 2 sofa's via Topcashback. I had not heard of the company before but any item I need I always check to see if there is anything I can purchase via Topcashback. I was pleased with the prices on the sofas and chairs at Sofa Company, and their customer service was excellent. The chairs arrived as ordered and were in perfect condition. One of my cashbacks did not track, but once I raised the issue with Topcashback it was quickly rectified. Excellent experience and would def. recommend this company.

Really pleased with the customer service that I received from them. The sofa was not quite as described and there was a small mark on it. The customer service team were great (we kept the sofa) and they later changed the description on the sofa. The quality of the sofa was better than expected for the price and looked much better than in the picture on their website. I would buy from them again.

Generous cashback! bought a sofa for £450 3 months ago and got the cashback for £60 within 3 months! so Im pleased with that! only critism I have with the service thats not related to the cashback is the delivery. Its "curb side delivery" only, so u have to make that sofa into ur own home by your own means. I struggled to get this sofa through my doors, took 3 hours and needed help from my neighbours!

Cashback tracked quickly and at a really good rate, sofa received within 48 hours! Excellent customer service, very polite and helpful. More than happy to recommend and will use again.
