Waiting since 2021 for the cashback for my legitimate purchase which has just been rejected. Very disappointed. Do not bother signing up to this offer.

I had cashback declined despite complying with the terms of the offer at the time of the transaction. Essentially TLS put up an offer that wasn't thought through particularly well - they offered cashback of around £40 that you could get for signing up to a subscription that only costs £12. They later realised they'd messed up with this and changed the offer, which is fine, but they seem to want to apply this retrospectively to everyone who previously signed up for it and decline their cashback, which is completely unacceptable. I complied with the terms of the offer as stated at the time, I spent £12 on it, I can see no reason why my cashback should now be declined.

Cashback declined after about 4 months for no reason. Purchase was legitimate, and I followed all the cashback instructions carefully. Would not recommend
