	Avoid avoid avoid. Originally tracked fine then was zeroed. Submitted claim. Re-tracked at full amount for about a week then was zeroed again. Absolutely no clarification from tcb or aa as to why. They just don't want to pay out. Very poor service

	I purchased Breakdown Cover and car insurance with the AA through Topcashback, and am very pleased with both. It takes around 12 weeks for the cashback to be confirmed, but the payment is there soon afterwards. A very rewarding expience. The cashback made both transactions a very cheap way to purchase the products.

	Tracked at £21.21 (101% of £21) within a couple of hours. Lets hope it pays out so quickly! AA Roadside for £6.79 (after cashback) - what a bargain!

	I purchased roadside/relay cover on 01/07/10 for £69.64 the transaction did not track on topcashback until 29/07/10 also the purchase amount is lower its showing as £19.00 and the casback paid is lower than advertised on july 1st

	Last year I purchased car insurance from theAA online [not through topcashback] £30.00 casback was advertised, I did not receive it automatically after 90days as advertised I had to write several letters & emails to customer services before I finally received the casback in october 09 after five months theAA advertise cashbacks but always drag their feet when it comes to paying on time

	Did not track so entered a claim. After 4 months I had almost written this one off when £50 appeared as payable. Just like finding a £50 note in an old pair of trousers.

	This is the first time I have used Cashback, recommended by Martin Lewis, and unfortunately I have had to chase for the money back and wait a couple of months, so I am NOT impressed. I realise they may have had many people applying, but it should, as far as I understand, take days not months. At the time of writing I still have not received cashback for this product.

	I am more than pleased with the amount of cashback offered, but am somewhat disappointed that I had to process a 'claim' to receive the money, as the original claim was not 'tracked'........ Many Thanks to Top cashBack for their excellent service.

	Bought in June, still not tracked even after manual claim. Don't rely on it if other companies cheaper.

	I did all the necessary last year and took out car insurance through top cashback and expected a cashback as indicated of £50. Took up the matter with 'Top cashback, other than an acknowledgement of my complaint I have had no further information. Still waiting with baited breath for my £50 and will not renew with company. 	It did exactly what it said on the tin, tracked, confirmed and paid out all within the time frame indicated. No complaints whatsoever and would recommend to others.

	Awful. Total disaster regarding the cashback and I'm furious with the AA over this. Tracking, then not tracking, then tracking again, then zero. Nobody is listening, it's been eight months since my purchase and nothing. It's time to sue I think - I've had enough of being messed around.

	I was refused payment from the AA for no reason, I have had no problems with other merchants so it was not my cookies or tracking. The only reason I took up insurance with them was because with the cashback it made it the cheapest. I would not have gone with them otherwise as there were much cheaper options out there. I am annoyed at the cash back scheme in general and do not use it anymore as it seems to me to be a gamble with your cash. They can say no to you for no reason. I complained and its been months and I have not heard anything. You are better off finding a cheap deal by browsing comparison sites than cashback, I also foound this with car insurance, it was cheaper direct than through cashback. All in all not a good experience!
