Same has happened to me after taking out breakdown insurance and with Rac car insurance!!!! If I don't get the £125 I am owed I will not use TCB ever again!!! NOT HAPPY!!!

Am dumbfounded. Car Insurance cashback was tracked back in November 09. Went to 50 pounds briefly. Went back to zero. Insurance in place - have not even made a claim. TCB have said they wont pay up. The thing that really grinds on me is that I am given no reason. If a client does not pay one of my business invoices I take them to the small claims court but here its like oh you dont wanna pay...oh ok.

Just out of curiosity, I put one policy through Topcashback and one through another cashback site.
The other cashback site one was validates within a few days, but the Topcashback one is still showing as pending after 6 weeks.
Guess who's going to be getting my business in future?

Did not initially track, had to be chased. Does seem to have found the transaction now, but has also taken quite a long time to pay. Still, fantastic savings so I'm not complaining!

paid over £ 300 for cover and was expecting £ 50 cash back, had to chase just to get the claim confirmed took another month to get to pending now its june and still no money not happy, would not have used AA if not for cash back. with all the negative comments i think top cash back should take the AA off their site

Purchased AA Breakdown cover for £88.49 and was promised £44 cash back. It tracked and showed with a £1.26 bonus as well - thought it was too good to be true and it was!!! Looking at my account tonight the cash back ammount has been re-set to £0!!!!!!! No idea why have not cancelled and paid in full - beware I think it is another con!!! Have same problem with RAC insurance - I am not impressed and will not reccomend TCB to anyone!!!!!

Today I finally claimed my cashback!!! Judge for yourselves. Here are the details:
11/11/2009 - took out AA breakdown cover
12/2/2010 - the date by which I should have received my cashback. I didn't so I submitted a claim. Was told that there was a problem (? tracking) and that this merchant took longer to pay and could I hang on for another month.
1/6/2010 - Checked my cashback account and discovered that I could claim it.
6 months or thereabouts. Better late than never! Still, I did save by using cashback so I would do it again.

No problem using this site, BUT, BEWARE !!!!!!!! I purchased breakdown cover costing over £100.00 and expected a cashback of £50.00 as advertised, but, because I chose to pay by monthly direct debit I was only given cashback of £19.00 as the transaction was deemed to be the monthly payment and not the full cost of the breakdown cover I had chosen. It did track quickly and became payable in a few weeks.

£9 Cashback for AA European Breakdown cover came through quickly and certainly brought down the cost of cover - fortunately I didn't have to claim on it the ski trip went like a dream.

The AA tracking was exteremely quick and I'v not experienced any problems via TCB. The savings are tremendous compared to even their own online prices, so bang for buck, buying via TCB is a great way to save.
