I have to post a negative comment here as a disappointed parent. I ordered tickets for my kids and these were accepted and the money taken from my card. The next day I received a phone call blaming a "computer error" and saying that I had to pay for more expensive tickets. I declined and was told that the money would be refunded after a 4 to 5 working days.
