Not that good as I booked a trip from chesterfield to !one in a few days later I booked another two child tickets as my step children wanted to come. 160 pound total and then on the journey back we learnt that the two tickets i booked last using the link to the journey i had booked were for a later train. However they are child tickets so the ticket man voided our original journey and booked us all on the later train so we was say in at pancreas all day then the later train journey took lots longer like two hours longer. This was so down to computer mistakes with booking the wrong journey. However the worker at st pancreas didn't give a **** that we had five children waiting all day in strangers and didn't get the children home till nearly midnight. Then too ca s back have only paid the cashbac k based on another journey that cost 18 pounds. I spent 180 po u d's in total.
