No problems for cash back on UK trains but after 9 months and numerous requests nothing shows on European train tickets bought through train line despite it being listed in their cash back profile.

Never pay cashback - despite going to trainline via the TCB links the payments are Always declined. Don't bother if you are looking for cashback.
