	Not received any cashback yet - you cannot even make a claim because it is less than a pound. I have booked over ten trains over the last few months which adds up when you are collecting cash back.

	cashback as promise, but they charge 2 pounds for using a credit card... so rarely a bargaining.

	Tracked quickly and appeared in my account quickly as well. Website a bit "sticky" sometimes, but tickets usually arrive a day after booking!

	Perfect transaction and perfect tracking by topcashback site as well. I am satisfied as I also chose to collect the tickets from station's FastTicket machine instead of ordering by mail since Royal Mail was on strike. Overall, a nice experience. Cheers
