My last two holidays have been with Thoms Cook. I haven't received any cashback and claims through Topcashback have been ignored. I certainly won't be taken in by their offers again.

3 times now I have booked through Thomas Cook and each time the cashback has failed to track and then the missing cashback claim has been declined. Topcashback always send me the same excuses about using a code (which is allowed) or not clearing cookies (which I always do). It also annoys me they won't filter feedback into date order so we can see trends emerging with merchants not paying and shop elsewhere.

I clicked for an offer of 1%. It tracked ok but then dropped to 0.5% when paid. I have submitted a claim but am still waiting for tcb to sort it out. Not a lot of money involved but still annoying.
