I used the voucher code which was supposed to give me 20% discount. This was shown as accepted on the website order, but the money wasn't deducted from the final amount and the full amount without discount has been withdrawn from my bank account. I bought slightly more expensive goods because I believed I would be getting a discount. Not very impressed!
